The commercialization and commodification of fashion is something I fight every day to bring awareness to; I believe you shouldn't have to struggle to find clothes you like, that fit you well, that make you feel joy when you wear them, and that respect the environment in their creation. How better to address that than to fill your wardrobe with your own work?
